Looking Foward To!

So it's the dreaded Finals week and all i can say is that I'm really looking forward to it but i am happy it's hear because that means school is going to be done for a while. I can't wait for summer break, it is well needed. Here's some things I'm looking forward to:

• Going to Torrance to hang out with Brooke's family.




• Getting out of boring cold Utah. I'm just sick of always wearing a sweater.




• Board shorts all day!



• Surfing the beaches

• Spending time with the family


• Playing with my kiddies.


• Hanging out with friends without worrying about school the next day.

And there must be one more thing!?

• Oh yeah...and best of all, getting married to the most beautiful girl of all.

This is what i have to look forward to...It's going to be a great summer!

The Party is Over!

Well...the Pajama Rama Party went great. It was actually a lot better than I expected. The kids loved it, especially this huge two story blow up slide that was donated for us to use. You should've see the kids play on it, it was soo precious. There was this one girl, she was the cutest little thing, and she seriously went down the slide like at least 15 times. She just slid down and ran straight back up. The funniest thing would have to be that when she was trying to run back up the steep steps, she couldn't make it up...she went like three quarters of the way and slipped and slid right back down. It happened almost every time. Me or my classmate would have to run after her and carry her up the stairs. She had the cutest little laugh that I will never forget. The best part of the night was when Brooke showed up after her practice. I really wasn't expecting her to come but she did. She's the best! we sat together and colored with the kids and had a blast. All in all, the event was a big success! What a great class, remember it everyone, it's rec management 371 (facilitating meetings and conferences). This class is tight if you like partying, especiall planning parties. Take it if you want a great experience!

Pajam Rama Party

Ok everyone, the Pajama Rama Party is tomorrow. I'm Pretty excited and it's an awesome opportunity to serve the community. Remember it's at 6:00....there will be a pajama contest, big blow up slide, arts and crafts, and some foods that are good for you to go to sleep. mmmm!

An unusual Saturday Morning!

One of the funniest things happened to me this past Saturday morning. Just to let you know, my bed is set up on 4 cinder blocks. The cinder blocks are standing up vertically against the corner of my room, and i did this so i could store things (and when i say things i mean junk) under my bed. But anyways, as i was sleeping i stretched out, and as i did so, i pushed a little against the wall above my head. After I did that I felt myself moving a little. And all of a sudden i felt myself falling. I seriously yelled out as my bed started to topple down off the cinder blocks. It was hilarious! My bed fell just perfectly so i could fall right back asleep, so i did so. It was a frightening but yet funny and unusual Saturday morning!

My FIrst

Well, this is my first time ever doing this. I did this mainly because of my Recreation Management class. It's an event planing class and our main project is this event that we planned, and we talked about advertising for this event. Social Media groups like blogs were on the top of my list. So this is why I'm here.

We have this sweet event that me and my class planned. It's called pajama rama party. It's for kids and families, and all you out there that fall in this group is totally invited. This pajama rama party is to celebrate sleep awareness week and to do so, we are encouraging everyone to come in their pajamas. It will be fun, there will be games, crafts, snacks that are good for bed time, and there will be story telling, and a silent auction full of cool stuff and all proceeds will go to kids on the move which is an organization to help disabled kids and unfortunate kids. Oh...and did I mention that there will be a huge infaltable slide. If you want to come, here is the info.
